When was the last time you were in a room where you felt like the whole you was welcome?

Most rooms ask a mom who leads to leave part of herself at the door.

The hormones shifts? Not here, those are a lot. The kids? Love them, but I'm not really interested. The P&L? Keep that at the office, this is a moms group.

We built a room that doesn't ask you to leave parts of you behind.

We're Jill, Dr. Meghan, and Dr. Chloe — a leadership coach, a women's health physician, and a parent advisor. In our separate practices, we kept seeing the same woman: capable, ambitious, quietly feeling like she can't do her best at anything she's trying to do.

So we built a room that looks at the whole picture. Bring the hormones. Bring the photos of your kids. Bring the passion for the P&L. Bring the part of you that is exhausted and the part of you that is still so hungry for more.

We believe that leadership, motherhood, and health aren't three separate tracks. We believe they are three dimensions of one life, and that when a room is built to hold all three together, women feel seen, heard, and resourced.

That's what this newsletter is, and what Moms Who Lead is about. Every two weeks, one of us writes to you from our practice, from our lives, from the honest middle of figuring this out alongside you.

We're glad you're here.

Do you know someone who belongs in this room? We would love your help spreading the word. Forward this her way and she can subscribe here.
