You're the person who gets things done.
At work, you're making decisions, solving problems, and keeping things moving. At home, you're navigating parenting challenges, managing schedules, and helping everyone get where they need to go.
You're good at it. You've probably spent years becoming good at it.
But somewhere along the way, being capable can turn into being responsible for things that don't actually need to be yours.
And that comes at a cost.
On November 10, we're hosting our first virtual triwoven workshop, Getting Out of the Middle.
We're bringing together three perspectives—leadership, parenting, and health—to explore why we take on so much and what it looks like to do things differently.
During this interactive hour, you'll:
Identify your default response when someone comes to you with a problem.
Explore how taking responsibility for everything affects your energy, relationships, and effectiveness.
Learn practical ways to step back, support others, and make space for your own well-being.
We'll be leading the conversation together: Jill Wicklund, leadership coach; Dr. Chloe Massey, parenting and child development specialist; and Dr. Meghan Tierney, board certified family physician.
